Earlier this year, about 35 Harlemites from the Frederick Samuel Apartments came together to celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King.

Sam City families joined our team at the Sam City Community Center for a day of holiday activities.

Fall and spooky vibes were in full swing at the Sam City Halloween event last month. Resident children and parents came in wearing amazing costumes, and enjoyed food and snacks from a popcorn stand, games and a bouncy house for our younger residents.

The Frederick Samuel Pact Partners was on hand to help residents at the Fred Samuel Apartments in Harlem understand the coming improvements and changes to their homes as a result of our partnership with NYCHA through the PACT program.
